ICO Networking event
You might be insecure on what to submit, especially if you registered for the Round Table or Poster sessions.
Keep in mind that the ‘paper’ does not have to be a complete paper, an extended summary will suffice. You are expected to write a brief description explaining the focus of your presentation, the current stage of your research, and the topics you would like to discuss with your audience. This short paper is intended to give the discussant insight into your research and will serve as a basis for discussion.
Examples of submissions for the ICO OGSS 2025:
For the sake of completeness, here is also an example of a paper that was send in for the paper sessions of the ICO OGSS 2025, by Christine van Nooijen, PhD at the Erasmus University. Keep in mind that for the paper presentations the same rule applies: if you do not have a “ready-to-use” paper you can also send in an extended summary.
Good luck with all preparations!
And remember: all papers are accepted automatically, so you will be sure to present at the ICO GSS 2026.
